Fifteen years ago, I was given GrandDaddy’s fiddle. Mike Casey was the man who taught me to play it. I can’t thank him enough for all his support and encouragement over the years. He opened up a new world to me, including fiddle contests. His book “Elementary Fiddling” is the book I used to learn. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in fiddle/violin. It can be used with or without a teacher. Thank you Mike!
